What if we’d like to play with our friends pretending to be like Edward the little magic star? We would surely need our own magic wand!
Here you can find the instructions to create a paper-made magic wand, like the ones you see in the picture. The little ones may need the help of an adult or older sibling to complete this project.
Enjoy your time while creating your magic wand!
Step 1: download the magic wand’s template here.
Step 2: which shape do you prefer? The star or the heart? You can choose one of them or even both! Color them using your favorite colors, your creativity and your imagination. If you want your magic wand to be “stronger”, use a paper board instead of a paper sheet.
Step 3: cut out the shapes you’ve just colored.
If you prefer, you can also use some special paper board, like the golden one you can see in the following picture.
Step 4: add some decorations like I did. Be creative and choose any decorations you like!
Step 5: now take two colored paper sheets: we need to create something to hold our magic wand.
Step 6: roll each paper sheet. Once you’re almost finished to roll the entire sheet, use some glue or some tape to stick the last corner of the sheet to the rest of the roll.
Step 7: paste the shapes to the rolls using liquid glue, hot glue or tape.
Now your magic wand is ready: it’s time to play with your friends! Have fun!
